Oats Mixed Veg - Cutlet - Queen

Oats Mix veg snack .
Health evening snack with good fiber , vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients-
1/2 Cup oats (sprinkle water in oats and mix well)
Onion - 1 medium sized
1/4 cup - Bell peppers(Capsicum)
1/2 cup - grated carrot.
1/2 cup - finely chopped cabbage.
Black pepper to taste
1/2 spoon Red chilli flakes
1/4 spoon Kasturi methi
Salt to taste  (optional)
1 spoon finely chopped garlic
1/4 spoon finely chopped  ginger
1 spoon dhaniya leaves
1 Egg or 2 mashed potatoes
Bread crumps ( optional)
Olive oil .




Take Queen saucepan , put it on low flame.
Once pan gets heated put onion into the saucepan, wait till onion turn light brown.
Add ginger and garlic and stir till the hard smell of garlic is gone.
Add Capsicum and saute for 2 mins, then add cauliflower and saute it for 2 mins and add carrot for 2 mins.
Add pepper , salt , Kasturi methi, chilli flakes , dhaniya leaves  and mix properly.
Let it cool down.
Add bread crumps, oats , egg yolk(white and yellow to bind the mixture).

Make you palm bit oily . Take the mixture and bring it to cutlet shape.

Take queen sautepan.
Put olive oil in the pan ,  let it heat for some time.
Fry the cutlets in olive oil.
Frying should be more than strir and less than shallow so that cutlet will  be healthy with less oil.

Take it to kitchen napkin so that excess oil will be absorbed.
